A Bit About Me
Hi! My name is Nerissa I am the owner and founder of Pampered Perfection. As being a professional I enjoy what I get to do for work as I bring a smile to my clients and I get to make them feel Pampered.
I have been practicing esthetics for many years as after my studies at Fleming College and receiving my diploma, I have been working in the field and continuing my expertise. I am certified in Russian Manicure, Pedicures, Nails, Lash Lift and Tint, Brow Lamination and I am continuing to grow my expertise in other areas of esthetics so I can further offer my clients more services.
I have a passion for creating a fun and creative space where my clients can come and enjoy themselves well I get to put their imagination of art to the test. Thank you for reading A Bit About Me and I hope this little bit got to show you why I love what I do!

Cancellation Policy
​
I understand that life happens and unexpected circumstances are bound to occur. Please give as much notice as possible and we will give your individual circumstance as much consideration as possible.
However, I do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to give enough notice will result in a 50% charge of your service. Amount payable by credit card or e-transfer to pamperedperfetionptbo@gmail.com. An invoice will be sent to you by email with the amount you need to pay. If you do not pay the amount sent to you, you will not be able to rebook any future services until that amount is paid.
No Shows/ Late Grace Period

No shows will be required to pay the full amount of the service they missed before rebooking any future services.

I allow a 10 minute grace period for anyone who is late. If you come in any later than 10 minutes into your appointment, we will not be able to complete your service as there are other services booked directly after you.
You will receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment, this is also the time you will receive a request to confirm your appointment.
