At Pampered Perfection, my goal is to provide every client with a relaxing, professional, and enjoyable experience.
To help things run smoothly, please take a moment to review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the booked service.

This fee must be paid before you’re able to rebook.

No-Show Policy
Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the missed service.
Future bookings will be paused until the balance is paid.

Late Arrivals
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your service, and it will be treated as a late cancellation, subject to the 50% fee.

Appointment Reminders
You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment via email or text.
This is also when you’ll be asked to confirm your appointment please confirm to keep your spot!
